Join us at the College's Career and Advanced Technology Center in West Philadelphia for a career speed coaching event, where you'll meet companies committed to hiring and upskilling Black talent without 4-year degrees.

Hosted by Community College of Philadelphia Foundation in partnership with OneTen and DiverseForce, participants will receive career coaching from Fortune 500 employers, learn in-demand skills, and build social capital by connecting with hiring professionals and other job seekers. Community College of Philadelphia is a talent developer for OneTen, helping Black job seekers aged 18-35 without a four-year college degree access high-paying career opportunities.

• Get 1:1 advice from employers and career experts
