Online
Order your transcript online! Get your transcript in electronic PDF format within a half hour. This new value added service is available 24/7 and is provided by National Student Clearinghouse over a secured Internet site on behalf of Community College of Philadelphia. You will need a valid major credit card to complete the transaction.
In-Person
Available at the Main Campus only, Payment must be made to the Office of Student Tuition Services (money orders or checks). Please note that picture identification is required. Transcript requests are processed daily and will be mailed or can be picked up the next business day at noon.
