As of July 1, 2024, the US Department of Education (ED) prohibits most transcript withholding for students who receive federal financial aid. To align with regulations, the Community College of Philadelphia will no longer prevent students from receiving their transcripts with outstanding balances. However, please try to resolve your financial obligation with the college.
